Master graphics processor selection: This drop-down box will allow you to choose the master graphics processor (setting target) if multiple GPU's are installed in the system. Here you can choose a variety of options which I will explain briefly. You will be presented to the General tab of the Settings panel. With that explained, click on the Settings button.
Note: This screen will differ depending on the hardware you own, different models and generations of NVIDIA and AMD hardware have different sliders, some possess features others do not, such as shader clock that is no longer present on cards newer than the GTX 580 (such as 600 series GPUs based on GK104, GK106, GK107 and GK110), the power target features present on AMD Radeon HD 6900 GPUs (Cayman) or newer, and the Temperature Target exclusive to the GTX TITAN GPU.
